Contact me if you do not see your carrier listed as I am continuously updating this list. Your insurance carrier may or may not require you to pay a co-pay, which is due at each session.
Private Pay Clients
My fee is $110 per session. I also have a sliding scale based on household income. We can discuss your fee when scheduling your first appointment. Payment is due at each session in the form of cash, personal check, VISA or MasterCard.
